VIRGINIA - Chesterfield County recently won a Virginia Association of Counties 2008 Achievement Award for its Central Virginia Most Wanted program. The county's criminal justice and public safety departments created the partnership, which links the media, law enforcement agencies and corrections workers in nine area localities to help find fugitives.
