how many chances before drug offenders go to prison instead of rehab?

| First of all, using drugs is a choice, made by an individual; not an illness. It becomes an addiction which could lead to an illness, only because the individual chose to start it. Therefore, I don't feel sorry for them. Do the crime, do the time. To answer the question, offenders should go to prison on the 2nd offense. I do agree with on of the above comments: execution would make offenders think twice about committing a crime; any crime. |
